Order Transfer Rules
The customer panel allows order transfers only between orders with the same payment method and the same shipping address.
Before proceeding with transferring orders, please note the following rules:
- When transferring a job from an order with a shorter processing time to another order with a longer processing time, the processing time of the transferred job will be extended.
- When transferring a job from an order with a longer processing time to another order with a shorter processing time, the processing time of the transferred job will remain unchanged, but the processing time of the target order will be extended.
- Processing times are assigned individually to each job and are updated with every transfer operation. Therefore, re-transferring a job back to its original order will not restore its previously assigned processing time.
All shipping costs are calculated during invoice generation. As a result:
- If the total weight of jobs changes due to a transfer, the shipping costs of the involved orders may change accordingly.
- If the value of an order that qualified for the "free shipping" promotion drops below the free shipping threshold after a transfer, shipping costs will be applied without the promotion.
- If the total weight of an order with the "free shipping" promotion exceeds 30kg after a transfer, shipping costs will be applied without the promotion.
- If a job is transferred from a bank transfer order to a cash-on-delivery order, it will be invoiced as cash-on-delivery (and vice versa).
- Merging several orders with a net value below the free shipping threshold will not trigger the free shipping promotion, even if the combined order exceeds the required threshold.
User Instructions
Merging and splitting orders is done by transferring jobs between existing orders or to a new order. This operation is available in the customer panel (Your Account → Orders).
After clicking on the order number, a list of its jobs will be displayed. To transfer a job to another order, select the target order number from the dropdown list under the job, then click the "Transfer job" button.
To split an order, transfer a job to a new order and, if needed, add other jobs to it.
Only orders with a processing status that allows adding jobs will be visible on the list of target orders.
