Self-adhesive labels – a universal solution, it sticks!
Self-adhesive labels are a versatile tool used in many industries. Beyond their basic function of informing and warning, they increasingly play a marketing role, enhancing brand image and distinguishing products from the competition. They are used in industries such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and logistics, where precise product labeling plays a key role. They also work perfectly in promotional activities and advertising campaigns, serving as a carrier of information and an aesthetic element of visual identity.
Our labels can be perfectly tailored to your needs, regardless of the industry's specifics or the product's nature. We offer label printing on rolls, label printing on cores, and labels on sheets.
With the ability to choose any shapes, they offer complete design freedom, allowing for the creation of unique solutions. Advanced cutting technology ensures precise reproduction of even the most complex lines, adapting the labels to the individual requirements of the Client. Additionally, there is the possibility of personalizing each label by adding variable data, such as serial numbers, QR codes, or personalized information, making them a versatile promotional and functional tool.
Labels on magnetic backing
Labels on magnetic backing are a versatile and practical solution that works great both as a promotional gadget and as an information carrier. Thanks to the properties of magnetic foil, the labels adhere to metal surfaces, such as refrigerators, boards, or car bodies, maintaining their functionality and aesthetics.
The greatest advantage of magnetic labels is the ability to repeatedly "stick" and "unstick" them without the risk of damaging the surface. This solution combines durability with ease of use, especially for promotional, decorative, or informational materials. Choose magnetic labels that will attract attention and fulfill their purpose in any situation!
Advantages of our label offer:
Personalization options – unique data on each label, such as serial numbers, QR codes, or names.
Short lead time – quick execution of orders, even for more complex shapes.
Flexibility of quantities – ideal for both small and medium production series.
Resistance to damage – high-quality print resistant to abrasion and damage.
Self-adhesive labels are an indispensable solution in informational, promotional, and marketing activities. Order labels tailored to your needs and make your brand stand out!

Forms of label delivery
Labels on cores
This solution is intended for automatic or semi-automatic application, ideal for companies using professional labeling machines. The core (paper roll) on which the labels are delivered is made of thick cardboard with an internal diameter of 76 mm, ensuring durability and stability during application.
Roll width: Narrow rolls with a width adjusted to the label dimensions and selected orientation.
Distances: The default distance between labels is 5 mm, and from the edge to the label – 4 mm on each side. The customer has the option to define these distances themselves, but it is recommended to leave the default settings as the most cost-effective option.
Note! When ordering labels on cores, it is possible to define the winding direction and label orientation. This ensures that labels can be applied to the product correctly. If the direction and orientation of the label are crucial for the application, special attention should be paid to entering the dimensions width and height. These parameters clearly define the usage. Example: Entering width/height 90/50 mm means a horizontal label. Entering 50/90 mm means a vertical label.
Roll labels - for manual application
Roll labels are a solution intended for manual application. They are delivered on a strip wound into a roll or, for larger quantities, on a collective core with a diameter of 330 mm. This form of delivery ensures convenience and flexibility in use.
Sheet labels
Sheet labels are the ideal solution for smaller orders that do not require a core. Additionally, selected materials, such as colored films with Liquid Metal and transparent films with white + CMYK printing, are available exclusively in this form of delivery.
Choosing the optimal form
The calculator automatically selects the most advantageous label delivery option depending on the order. This tool allows precise definition of order parameters and obtaining a solution perfectly tailored to the client's needs. It is possible to indicate the preferred method of label delivery (from those available for the selected parameters) to better meet expectations and application requirements.
Labels on magnetic backing
Magnetic film is a backing for self-adhesive labels, allowing easy attachment to metal surfaces and repeated removal and reattachment without losing properties.
Material: magnetic film/backing, flexible plastic containing magnetic particles.
Temperature range of use: from -40°C to +70°C.
Excellent for metal surfaces such as refrigerators, cars, or information boards.
Note! Magnetic films are not intended for long-term, uninterrupted placement on surfaces (e.g., car bodies), especially when exposed to adverse weather conditions. It is recommended to remove them regularly (e.g., once every few days and in high temperatures) to clean both the film surface and the car body. This prevents permanent discoloration, scratches, moisture or dirt accumulation, and potential adhesion of the film to the paint under high temperatures.
How to Prepare Files for Printing Stickers and Labels
Project Sizes
Prepare the design in the size of the ordered use +2mm bleed on each side and a separately prepared cutting line.
Black Overprint
The best black effect is achieved by using 100% K.
Designing the Cutting Line - the cutting line should meet the following requirements
Be a closed curve in 100% K (black) color.
Where possible, use straight lines instead of curves – this will shorten the plotter's working time.
Avoid unnecessary vertices – too many control points can slow down the cutting process.
The start and end of the cut should be on a straight line, not on an arc – this improves cutting precision.
Cutting and scoring lines should be saved on a separate page or in a separate file.
Additional Guidelines for Magnetic Backing Labels
The minimum rounding radius is 6 mm.
For complex shapes and sharp corners, the final product may contain slight rounding due to the machine's technical capabilities.
Tips for Transparent Film
Colors with high saturation look better – at least one CMYK component should be 100%.
White elements of the design will take on the color of the substrate – an exception is White + CMYK labels printed in sheets.
Colors on substrates other than white may differ from those printed on a white background.
Printing photos on materials other than white is not recommended – the final effect may differ from expectations. We advise against using frames and cutting lines on their edges – cutting tolerance (+/-1 mm) may cause visible shifts.
Note
If the label shape is too complex, the final product may slightly differ from the design (slight rounding).
