Technical Parameters – Boxes According to Your Layout
Materials
- Single-sided and double-sided coated papers
- Kraft and decorative papers
Available Paper Weights
The selection of paper weights for our products has been carefully considered and supported by tests to ensure their optimal quality and functionality. For new projects, we assist in choosing the appropriate weight so that the final product meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. Before creating the die, we verify whether the selected material will be suitable for the project.
Gluing
We produce both foldable boxes without glue and boxes that require gluing. The gluing or backing process is carried out using two technologies:
Hot glue gluing – a durable, fast, and efficient solution, especially recommended for higher volumes. It ensures a strong connection of elements and high aesthetic quality.
Double-sided tape gluing – a method that allows for quick and clean assembly of packaging, where elements are permanently joined with adhesive tape. This solution is used for smaller volumes.
We adapt the choice of gluing technology to the order, considering the volume, packaging construction, and expected final effect, to ensure the solution is optimal in terms of both cost and functionality.
Enhancements
- Matte Lamination, Gloss Lamination, Soft Touch Lamination
- Selective UV Varnish, Selective 3D Varnish
- Selective Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver Enhancements (gilding, silvering)
Trial Series
We offer the option of producing a trial series – 5 pieces – marked with a watermark. This sample allows verification of whether the box folds correctly, has the appropriate stiffness, and whether the design is properly adapted to the layout.
However, it should be noted that the trial series is not a print proof – the actual print run may be printed at a different time on a different machine, which does not guarantee perfect color reproduction or repeatability in subsequent orders.
Recommendations / Notes
- We recommend laminating scored prints due to the possibility of cracking at the scores. Laminating minimizes the risk of cracking at the scores – especially recommended for scored/folded products printed on coated papers.
- Boxes and other spatial products are delivered flat, ready for quick assembly.
- In the case of a complex project with multiple joining/gluing points, we reserve the right to change the price or reject the order.
