Cards printed on matte HIPS material, with a thickness of 0.75 mm (comparable to a credit card).
The standard appearance and abrasion resistance make them ideal as discount cards, loyalty cards, or business cards.
Premium white cards
Glossy, with a thickness of 0.75 mm (comparable to a credit card).
Finished cards are characterized by elegance and greater rigidity than standard cards printed on HIPS.
Premium black cards
Finished black cards, mass-colored, glossy, with a thickness of 0.75 mm.
Black cards are more tasteful than white cards with a black background print.
Standard translucent cards
Made of clear PP AXPRINT material with a delicate texture, with a thickness of 0.8 mm.
The unique, translucent character perfectly distinguishes your brand.
Premium translucent cards
Finished transparent cards with a thickness of 0.75 mm, laminated on both sides with a matte laminate.
Cards are characterized by elegance and greater rigidity than standard cards.
Standard transparent cards
Fully transparent, made of Tu-PET material with a thickness of 0.5 mm.
Premium transparent cards
Finished transparent cards with a thickness of 0.75 mm, laminated on both sides with a glossy laminate.
Cards are characterized by elegance and greater thickness and rigidity than standard cards.
Entrusted cards
Printing on proximity cards provided by the Client (does not apply to memory cards).

Standard white cards: white matte HIPS material, thickness 0.75 mm.
Premium black cards: ready-made mass-dyed black cards, glossy, thickness 0.75 mm.
Premium translucent cards: ready-made translucent cards with double-sided matte laminate, thickness 0.75 mm.
Standard translucent cards: PP AXPRINT G02 material, translucent with frosted glass texture, thickness 0.8 mm.
Premium transparent cards: ready-made transparent cards with double-sided glossy laminate, thickness 0.75 mm.
Standard transparent cards: Tu-PET material (Polyethylene terephthalate, polyester), transparent, thickness 0.5 mm.

Card printing
Technology: UV printing on Mimaki UJF-7151 plus plotter.
Double-sided printing - white, black, and provided cards.
Single-sided printing - translucent and transparent cards.
CMYK printing (on white and provided cards).
White + CMYK printing (on translucent, transparent, and black cards).
Enhancement (only for white cards)
Single-sided selective varnish (front).
UV printing on provided cards
If you want to print on your own magnetic, proximity, or other credit card format cards (except memory cards):
Place an order through the calculator on the website.
Send the blank cards to the address: D&D Sp. z o.o., Mimaki UV, ul. Kłodnicka 9, 44-100 Gliwice.
Cards must be unpacked and arranged in the same orientation (applies to marked cards).
Cards packed in individual packages (single pieces) will be returned without printing, or an additional fee for unpacking or arranging will be charged.

How to prepare files for printing Plastic Cards with UV printing
Preparing the work
Due to the new printing technology, all cards can be printed with bleed.
You can find the remaining rules for proper file preparation in the Help section.
Project sizes
Prepare the project in the size of 89x58 mm (2mm bleed on each side), or download the template from the panel next to the calculation.
Projects prepared in a vertical orientation cannot be rotated - prepare the project in the size of 58x89 mm.
In the case of cards with selective varnish, the varnish mask should be on the last page of the PDF file.
