They are only used to assess whether the box folds correctly, has the appropriate rigidity, and whether the design is properly aligned with the die-cut. An impressive package tied with a ribbon or string that attracts attention with its form and excellently showcases small products. The print allows the packaging to be seamlessly linked with the brand's visual identity, and the ribbon closure adds an elegant touch and allows the appearance of the box to be customized by choosing the color or type of tying.

Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the possibility of ordering from a few pieces to several tens of thousands.  

We offer cardboard boxes with print, produced on GC1 boards and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, most often smooth and excellent for printing, ideal for small and medium packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If dimensions are introduced that are too large or too small, the calculator will inform you.  

Application

The pyramid box is perfect for packing small gifts, sweets, jewelry, and mini cosmetics, as well as occasional gifts and holiday sets. It is an aesthetic and functional solution that emphasizes the brand's character and professionally presents the product.

Packaging is the first encounter the Customer has with your brand, it should say more than a thousand words. Printed cartons emphasize the brand's character, distinguish the product, and build a positive Customer experience – from the first glance to the final choice.

Technical Parameters of the Pyramid Box

Box Construction 

Non-glued construction, four triangular side walls with holes for threading a ribbon or string. The tying serves as the closure. Once assembled, the sides form a pyramid shape.

Available single-sided (4/0) and double-sided (4/4) CMYK printing.

Printing Technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technologies: digital printing on the Ricoh Pro C9210 machine and offset printing on the Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator itself allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available enhancement and finishing options. This enables the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, considering the requirements regarding the print run and type of finishing.

Enhancements

Lamination: matte, glossy, Soft-Touch

Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish

Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver

Personalization

There is also the possibility of personalizing the print with variable data.

Cutting Options

Plotter cutting – for low volumes for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high volumes, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Pyramid type boxes are delivered flat. 

Recommendations/Notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases. 
  • Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If dimensions too large or too small are entered, the calculator will inform you.
