Segregator

Binders with mechanisms for filing documents are practical and durable solutions for storing and organizing documents. Thanks to their solid construction from solid cardboard and laminated surface, binders offer high durability and an aesthetic appearance. Available in various sizes and equipped with mechanisms for filing documents, they are an ideal tool for both offices and individual clients.

Binder dimensions

  • for 17 mm mechanisms: 316 mm (height) × 267 mm (width) × 24 mm (thickness)
  • for 39 mm mechanisms: 316 mm (height) × 267 mm (width) × 50 mm (thickness)
  • for 62 mm mechanisms: 316 mm (height) × 277 mm (width) × 72 mm (thickness)

Notes

  • Streaks may occur on large areas of incomplete colors.
  • We do not guarantee the repeatability of mechanism dimensions – differences may occur between deliveries.

Packing

  • Due to the large volume of packed products, orders are settled based on a weight equivalent instead of actual weight, to accurately calculate transport costs.

How to Prepare Files for Binder Printing

Margins and Safety Zones

  • Graphics that should not touch the edge of the product must be set back 7 mm from the edge (green area on the template).
  • Avoid placing complex graphics on the lower edge of the binder spine, where two sheets are joined (marked with division marks and left crease).
