• Body: solid cardboard, 2 mm thick, laminated
• Outer layer: self-adhesive paper, laminated with glossy foil
• Inner layer: white paper

• Four-ring, height 17 mm, 39 mm and 62 mm
• Equipped with a document compressor

• 39 mm – capacity 30 mm
• 62 mm – capacity 52 mm

Binder dimensions

• for 17 mm mechanisms: 316 mm (height) × 267 mm (width) × 24 mm (thickness)
• for 39 mm mechanisms: 316 mm (height) × 267 mm (width) × 50 mm (thickness)
• for 62 mm mechanisms: 316 mm (height) × 277 mm (width) × 72 mm (thickness)

Notes

• On large areas with incomplete colors, streaks may appear.
• We do not guarantee dimensional repeatability of mechanisms – differences between deliveries may occur.

Packing

• Due to the large volume of packed products, orders are settled based on the weight equivalent instead of the actual weight, to accurately calculate transport costs.

How to Prepare Files for Binder Printing

Margins and Safety Zones

• Graphics that should not touch the edge of the product must be set back 7 mm from the edge (green area on the template).
• Avoid placing complex graphics on the lower edge of the binder spine, where two sheets are joined (marked with division marks and left crease).
