The basic label printing offer is carried out using roll technology. Labels are printed on a web, with the option of delivery in sheets or wound on cores – also intended for automatic application. This solution provides favorable prices for small print runs and very attractive pricing conditions for larger volumes. In this technology, we also produce 3D stickers and stickers on a magnetic backing.
In this group, we offer stickers printed on neon papers, kraft papers, and transparent film. Printing is carried out using digital (toner) technology on Ricoh machines, which guarantees high quality and precision as well as an attractive price for low print runs. It is possible to print with white toner; however, our inkjet machines offer better white print quality. Products are delivered in sheets or can be cut into individual pieces.
Stickers printed on a large-format Canon Colorado machine using UVgel technology, which ensures high resistance to UV radiation and very high print durability. The technology offers excellent print quality, although with slightly less precision than sheet-fed digital printing, therefore it is recommended for larger applications and labels of bigger formats. Printing with high-opacity white ink is possible. Prints are delivered in large sheets rolled up.
The offer of printing on foils is carried out on the Mimaki UJF-7151 plus machine. This technology ensures very high UV print quality and high precision of detail reproduction, at the cost of a higher unit price. Printing with white ink is available. This solution is dedicated to small print runs requiring UV resistance while maintaining the highest print quality. Prints are delivered in sheets. We also produce warranty seals on this machine.
