Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the possibility of ordering from a few pieces to several thousand pieces.  

We offer cardboard boxes with printing, produced on GC1 cartons and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, usually smooth and excellent for printing, ideal for small and medium packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If dimensions are too large or too small, the calculator will inform you.  

Application

The tray box with snaps is perfect as display packaging, a presentation tray, or a base for gift sets. Excellent for packing sweets, cosmetics, promotional gadgets, and small products that need to look aesthetic and be easily accessible.

Box construction

Non-glue construction. The sides of the tray are locked with latches, which stabilize the form and maintain its shape without the need for glue. The system allows for quick folding and unfolding, facilitating transport and storage. The box is ideal for manual packing. This box model corresponds to the standard construction found in the industry catalog: FEFCO 0422

Printing technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technology: digital printing on Ricoh Pro C9210 and offset printing on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available finishing and enhancement options. This enables the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, considering the requirements for print run and type of finishing.

Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish

Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver

Personalization

There is also the possibility of personalizing the print with variable data.

Cutting options

Plotter cutting – for low volumes for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high volumes, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Business card boxes are delivered flat. 

Recommendations/notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases. 
  • Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approximately 140 mm in height, 60 mm in width, and 120 mm in length.
