They are only used to assess whether the box folds correctly, has the appropriate rigidity, and whether the design is properly aligned with the die-cut. Due to differences in printing technology, colors in offset printing may differ from the prototype. Two-compartment die-cut box

The two-compartment die-cut box is a functional packaging solution that combines aesthetics with a practical interior division. The two sections, separated upon closing, allow for the safe packaging of multiple items in one box, protecting them from movement and damage. This solution is perfect for promotional sets, gift sets, or products that require separation of individual parts. The smooth surface of the cardboard allows for full printing and graphic personalization in line with brand identity.

Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the option to order from a few pieces to several thousand pieces.  

We offer printed cardboard boxes, produced on GC1 cartons and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, usually smooth and perfect for printing, ideal for small and medium-sized packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If the dimensions are too large or too small, the calculator will inform you.  

Application

Ideal for packaging product sets, such as cosmetics, office accessories, small electronics, sweets, or promotional gadgets. Thanks to the interior division, it is suitable for sets where both presentation and separation of individual elements are important.

Technical parameters of two-chamber die-cut boxes

Box construction

Non-glued die-cut type construction, integrated with a closing flap. The interior of the box is divided into two chambers thanks to an internal partition formed when the construction is assembled. The top flaps meet in the middle, creating an aesthetic closure and securing the contents. Side wings stabilize the shape, maintaining proper tension of the walls.

Printing technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technologies: digital printing on Ricoh Pro C9210 machine and offset printing on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies provide high printing precision, and the calculator itself allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available enhancement and finishing options. This enables the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, taking into account the requirements regarding print run and type of finishing.

Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish

Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver

Personalization

There is also the possibility of personalizing the print with variable data.

Cutting options

Plotter cutting – for low print runs for short and medium series (without repeats), test batch or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repeats) and high print runs, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Two-chamber die-cut boxes are delivered flat. 

Recommendations/notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases. 
  • Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packages are approx. 140 mm in height, 60 mm in width, and 120 mm in length.
