An unusual box with a top slanted flap and hanger is packaging that distinguishes the product with its original form. Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the possibility of ordering from a few pieces to several tens of thousands of pieces.  

We offer printed cardboard boxes, produced on GC1 cartons and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, most often smooth and excellent for printing, ideal for small and medium packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If dimensions too large or too small are introduced, the calculator will inform about it.

Technical parameters of slant flap boxes with hanger

Box construction

Construction glued on one side. The box is closed from the top with a slant flap with a lock, giving the packaging a distinctive shape. The bottom part is closed with a flap (in a standard arrangement). Euro hanger on the back wall. This solution ensures an aesthetic closure and convenient preparation for display, and the hanger allows the box to be presented in standard store systems.

Printing technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technology: digital printing on Ricoh Pro C9210 and offset printing on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available enhancement and finishing options. This allows the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, taking into account the requirements for quantity and type of finishing.

Personalization

It is also possible to personalize the print with variable data.

Cutting options

Plotter cutting – for low quantities for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high quantities, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Boxes with hangers are delivered flat, glued on one side. 

Recommendations/notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases.
