Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the possibility of ordering from a few pieces to several thousand pieces.  

We offer cardboard boxes with print, produced on GC1 cartons and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, usually smooth and excellent for printing, ideal for small and medium packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If too large or too small dimensions are introduced, the calculator will inform about it.

Ideal for packaging cosmetics, accessories, promotional gadgets, and small electronics, especially in retail sales with display on stands and hooks. It is an aesthetic and functional solution that emphasizes the brand's character and professionally presents the product.

Technical Parameters of Trapezoidal Boxes

Box Construction

Self-assembly box. The construction requires gluing on one side. The top part of the box is for sealing, and access to the contents is through two side flaps closed with a lock. The hanger with a euro hole allows convenient placement of the box in standard store systems.

Printing Technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technology: digital printing on Ricoh Pro C9210 and offset printing on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available finishing and enhancement options. This enables the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, considering the requirements for the print run and type of finish.

Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish

Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver

Personalization

There is also the possibility of print personalization with variable data.

Cutting Options

Plotter cutting – for low volumes for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch, or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high volumes, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Trapezoidal boxes are delivered flat, for self-assembly. 

Recommendations/Notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases. 
  •  Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm.
